Grace Ferguson is an instrumentalist, composer and music educator, represented as an Associate Artist by the Australian Music Centre. Since studying piano performance at the Melbourne Conservatorium, she has been an active member of the music community in Australia, releasing original works, performing live and contributing music to a range of collaborative projects across theatre, dance and film.

During 2024, Grace was awarded Best Original Score for a Main Stage Production for the production ‘On the Beach’ (STC) at the Sydney Theatre Awards, shortlisted as a finalist for the APRA PD Awards (Classical/Experimental) and through the support of Creative Australia spent three months developing her practice as a resident at La Cité internationale des arts in France.

Grace acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where she works and lives, the Boon Wurrung and Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation and pays her respects to First Nations Elders past, present and emerging. She acknowledges their continuing connection to community, the land and artistic traditions they have practiced for generations.
